“I booked late in the evening because United rerouted me to Denver and stranded me there. I called the hotel to ask about a shuttle from the airport, and they told me exactly where to meet a shuttle within the next 20 minutes. “The room we stayed in was clean and freshened up. Only thing is, no trash bags were in the room I stayed in. I wasn’t there long, so it wasn’t that big of a problem. I would be loved to have breakfast, but only from 6am-9am is a bit too early for me as I am not an early riser. Air conditioning was nice to use as well. Overall, I prefer Holiday Inn’s so I had a wonderful stay for the short time I was there.”

“The room was spacious and clean. We left before breakfast hours so I can’t comment on that. The young man at the front desk at check in was not very friendly but the woman at the desk when we checked out was very nice. Every time we touched the door or the elevator buttons we got shocked, which made us wonder if there is a maintenance issue. The pillows could use a refresh—ours were beyond their useful life.
